2. Product Defects and Replacements

If a product is received in a defective condition, Simple Golf Solutions will replace it at no cost to the customer.

To qualify for replacement, the defective product must first be returned to us.
Once we receive and inspect the item, a replacement will be shipped promptly.
We do not cover return shipping for the defective product unless otherwise agreed.

3. All Sales Final

All purchases made through our website are final.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges except in the case of verified product defects as outlined above.
